At Snuggs Egypt, we want you to feel as comfortable as our fabrics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Ensure the items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or swap.

  Courier Pickup

  We will dispatch a courier to your doorstep within 3-5 business days to collect the package and verify the contents.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the items reach our warehouse and pass inspection, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or as store credit.
